Black Button Distilling Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Black Button Distilling Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey represents the pinnacle of New York craft distilling. This exceptional bourbon begins with a carefully balanced blend of New York State corn, wheat, malted barley, and rye, creating our signature four-grain mash bill. After distillation, the spirit enters hand-charred Adirondack Cooperage barrels crafted to our exact specifications, then ages across three distinct locations, each offering unique temperature variations and airflow patterns that contribute to the whiskey's complex character. Our master distillers meticulously taste barrel families as they approach maturity, selecting only those rare expressions that perfectly balance our three signature notes: warming spice, rich oak, and natural sweetness. These extraordinary barrels become our Single Barrel releases—bottlings so exceptional they represent the complete expression of our craft in a single vessel. Each 30-gallon barrel yields just over 100 bottles, making every Single Barrel release genuinely exclusive. When you open a bottle of Black Button Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey, you're experiencing years of dedicated craftsmanship and a flavor profile that will never exist again. This is bourbon distilling elevated to an art form, where consistency meets the beautiful unpredictability of barrel aging.
