BJJ TRAINING JOURNAL

BJJ Training Journal Progress in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu doesn’t come from showing up—it comes from remembering, refining, and improving every time you step on the mat. The BJJ Training Journal is designed to help grapplers capture the lessons from every training session so techniques, insights, and mistakes aren’t forgotten. By documenting your training, you build a personal record of your growth on the mat. This journal helps you track techniques learned, sparring rounds, key details from instruction, and personal reflections after each session. Over time, patterns begin to emerge—what works, what needs improvement, and how your game is evolving. The large 6" × 9" format gives you plenty of space to record techniques, notes, and training observations. The coil binding allows the journal to lay completely flat, making it easy to write before or after training at the academy. Whether you're a white belt building fundamentals or a seasoned competitor refining your game, this journal helps turn every training session into long-term progress.
