Bitter Mint // digestive tincture and sweet craving kick

Digestion is a key foundation to health and wellness. Our gut is our soil; it is where food compost and nutrients are absorbed. In many ways, it is our center and our place of grounding. Bitter is also the energetic of discernment, of Virgo, integrating what is healthy for us, physically, mentally, emotionally, even unconsciously.  Adding a touch of bitter to the palette before meals helps bring balance and ease to the digestive tract, increasing the juices needed for digestion, circulating more blood to the area for absorption, and helping move trapped gas that can cause upsets, guiding us to feel full before we over-stuff, and very importantly, keeps our liver healthy. I also like these bitters for increasing my energy and fending off sweet cravings.  2oz amber glass bottle with dropper The Ritual: 30-60 drops (2-3 squirts) directly in mouth or better, in a bit of water before and after meals.
