Bird Rock Monkey Bite Coffee

A café favorite, this seasonal blend is carefully tested to pull a delicious straight espresso, a delicious milk-based drink, or a brewed cup of coffee. Named after an alarming experience between the founder and a monkey, it boasts a complex flavor profile with notes of brown sugar, apricot and butterscotch. Crowned with the prestigious Micro-Roaster of The Year award by Roast Magazine in 2012, Bird Rock honors their commitment to excellence, sustainability and quality by building long-term relationships with farming partners and paying fair prices while collaborating on viable goals. Their slogan, "Empowered by Great Coffee" is the basis for their motivation and inspiration, fueled by the many hands that touch each ground—from the farm workers to the at-home barista.
