These sauna whisks are used to enhance the sauna experience. Each type of venik has its unique properties and aroma, providing a different sensory experience. HOW TO USE Before using the venik, soak it in warm water for roughly 30 minutes or until it’s thoroughly saturated. Shake off excess water and use your venik to gently tap or lightly whip your body once you’re comfortably settled in the sauna. The combination of heat and the refreshing touch of the venik promotes improved blood circulation, skin exfoliation, and relaxation. As the venik releases its aromatic oils in response to the heat, you’ll be treated to a delightful and refreshing aroma that adds to the sauna experience. When using a venik, always remember to be gentle. The goal is to enhance relaxation, not to cause discomfort. Start from the extremities and work your way towards the heart. BENEFITS Circulation and Detoxification: As you bask in the heat of sauna, your body experiences an impressive surge in circulation. Capillaries dilate, blood flows more freely, and oxygenation becomes thorough and invigorating. Profuse sweating propels toxins and waste substances out of your body, while the venik massage delicately strips away dead skin, normalizing the function of sweat glands. This, in turn, helps delay the emergence of wrinkles and other telltale signs of aging. Respiratory: The combination of the sauna steam and the aromatic venik works wonders for your respiratory system. It dissolves any sinus blockages and allows you to breathe with newfound ease. Muscles, Joinst, and Bones: Venik massage is a holistic marvel for your body. It expedites the removal of lactic acid, salt, and urea while facilitating the absorption of vital nutrients and oxygen. It also bestows a sense of relaxation upon your muscles, ushering in the production of endorphins, nature’s tranquilizers. Stress-induced tension dissipates, and muscular pain is eased.
