Beeyoutiful®'s BioB12 is the methylated form of Vitamin B12, providing superior bioavailability without the risk of toxicity that other forms can cause in some members of the population.   Product Description Supporting metabolism, cardiovascular, cognitive, and immune health, Methylated B12 is a key component of daily health.  Beeyoutiful®’s BioB12™ is Vitamin B12 that's been pre-converted to methylated B-12, the form most bioavailable, ensuring it is ready for instant use by the body.   BioB12™ - 60 Lozenges If you have been around the nutritional block a time or two, there is a pretty decent chance you've heard of the importance of Vitamin B12.  There might even be signs in your local drugstore that proclaim the benefits of B12, ranging from increased energy to heightened immunity.  But did you know that not all B12 supplements are created equal?   The average human body can take any form of B12 and convert it into usable form.  However, there are ever-increasing groups of people who have a difficult time converting the basic version of B12, and thus we now offer the the methylated (pre-converted) form of B12 known as methylcobalamin or Methyl B12.  This form of B12 is the easiest form for the body to utilize without requiring additional conversion.   Studies have shown that those who can benefit the most from Methyl B12 are those who carry the gene MTHFR and individuals (such as the elderly or those with poor gut health) whose B12 deficiencies persist despite supplementation.   With age comes a decreased ability to absorb nutrients from our diets.  B12 helps metabolize carbohydrates and synthesize proteins and fats, helping to release the nutrients needed in the body.  Thus, a deficiency in B12 can also vastly impact the absorption and utilization of other nutrients in the body.   BioB12 should be chewed slightly or allowed to dissolve in the mouth and then held before swallowing for optimal sublingual (under the tongue) absorption.   Manufactured in the USA.    FDA Disclaimer:  *This statement has not been evaluated by the FDA.  This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
