Bilstein Coilover 8125

8125 vs 9200 Article The 8125 60mm are valved very firmly with a digressive main piston at 370/110, we don't recommend running the off the shelf valving. We offer custom valving for these based on application. You can also upgrade to the 9200 series coilovers which will work for most universal applications off the shelf. The overall build quality of the 8125 ranks very highly, which is what you would expect from the company that invented the modern shock absorber over 60 years ago. The time/money Bilstein doesn't spend on marketing, flashy colors, or cool hats... they do spend on research, design, and engineering. We also carry rebuild kits, eyelets, replacement parts, shock oil etc. and keep most of it on the shelf and ready to ship. As of right now the common sizes of the 8125s need built but are typically ready in less than 8 weeks, which is about 1/4 the lead time of other popular brands. You can always email us to inquire about what is in stock and ready to ship at wheeleveryweekend@gmail.com. When the company that builds shocks for Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Tesla builds an off-road suspension piece, you know you're in for something special. Not to mention the fact that they INVENTED the modern shock absorber and have only improved it time and again since they first created it. What we offer today is unrecognizable to the first monotube, gas pressure shock absorber that rolled off the line on a Mercedez in 1957 but one thing hasn't changed since then... the dedication to quality above all else that you would expect from a company that builds original equipment dampers for super cars.
