This 1/2" Billy Allen Snaffle bit applies pressure to the cheek on the opposite side of the face from the rein you pull to allow for better flexion. This mouthpiece, with its limited travel, is excellent for colts or a light mouthed horse. It applies a slight amount of tongue pressure for a good headset and will help pacify a nervous horse. Golden Glide bushings ensure smooth movement of the cheeks and eliminate any possible pinching. 3" Rings, 5" Mouth. Made in USA.
