Billet Aluminum Intake Boot

Keep your Polaris Patriot engine breathing properly, while keeping you on the trail and out of the garage with this intake upgrade. The stock plastic intakes crack which leads to boost leaks. Also the way the stock intake air flows into the reeds, causes reeds to crack from uneven airflow. Our intake solves 2 problems not just 1. On top of the durability, this adds a performance gain with increased airflow, this is the intake you need for your Polaris patriot boost engine. We made our intake out of billet aluminum, which will resist cracking unlike the stock plastic ones. With our design will gain strength and increase air flow. Keeping you riding! This product has 6 big advantages. 1. Its design will direct more flow to evenly open the all reeds vs the the stock and other current designs out there. 2. The machining process and is top notch for a superior finish. 3. It comes with 2 boost gage and BOV ports for those who want to add these devices to their machine. 4. The shape will increase the structural integrity of your engine. 5. Direct replacement for ripped stock intake boots. 6. Added hole to zip tie oil lines back from clutches    ** TECH TIP **  It is a very in depth process to get to the intake and/or replace the reed pedals. You must remove plastics, fuel tank, secondary clutch, intake box, and throttle bodies to access the intake and reeds. If you do not feel comfortable with this job we recommend taking it to a dealer for install.
