They are good at what they do and committed to the good of people. In the same way the best books provoke deep thought and provide practical steps to take action. Big-Hearted Leadership is exactly that kind of book."- Donald W. Fisher PhD president and CEO American Medical Group Association "Donn's hope-and I think he's successful-is to give you a book that shows you how to be effective and caring at the same time. I'm happy to call Donn Sorensen a friend and colleague. I'm also happy to recommend this fine book which shows that you can have the best of both worlds as a leader. You can be a caring Big-Hearted Leader because it is the right thing to do. And it's good for business."- From the second foreword by George Roman Roman Consulting LLC "There is no better title for a book written by Donn Sorensen than Big-Hearted Leadership. From the time we both lived and worked in Springfield Missouri to now I have found him to be someone who possesses that rare combination of competency and compassion. Whether he's presenting to his board of directors or playing golf to benefit kids in need Donn knows how to be successful-and how to show people he cares. If you want to learn how a big heart and good business go hand-in-hand read this book!" -Congressman William H. "Billy" Long II US House of Representatives (R-MO) "When Donn Sorensen approached me about supporting his charity he wanted far more than financial resources and business skills. He wanted my active involvement and-above all-a real investment of my heart and soul into the cause. That's how Donn approaches his work as an executive. It's the approach you'll find in this book-and it's effective and inspiring."- Jim Edmonds St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame center fielder businessman and entrepreneur
