Big Easy Shrimp Gumbo

If you are looking for an easy Cajun meal, look no further than Big Easy's Shrimp Gumbo. Just place the bowl in the microwave for five minutes and you will have a great tasting gumbo that will taste like you had been cooking it all day.   Partners Larry Avery and Mark Abraham began The Big Easy Company over a decade ago selling sausage and boudin in Southwest Louisiana stores. Their popularity grew so they expanded and are now located on Ryan Street in Lake Charles, LA. Today, Big Easy Foods still sells sausage and boudin, but also offers over 30 other products including the finest wild caught shrimp, boneless chickens, tur-duc-hens, Louisiana entrees, and meat pies (empanadas).
