Industrial Level Coffee Roasting in Your Home The Bideli 2kg commercial coffee roasting machine offers even and efficient roasts with minimal fuel and power consumption in a space-saving tabletop design. Available in both Gas and Electric models, this machine uses a combination of conductive and convective heat transfer in a double-walled drum to create consistent flavor and aroma from green beans weighing up to 2000g per drum. With a user-friendly control panel, you can easily operate each roast, while a USB data logger that works with Artisan software allows you to monitor your roast in a professional way. This machine features four independent motors for every single function, a cooling tray with cooling mixers to speed up the cooling down process, and is suitable for coffee lovers, coffee shops, hotels, bakeries, western restaurants, home roast enthusiasts, or anyone who wants a fresh daily roast. Roast Your Coffee With Precision Roasting and cooling functions operate independently, resulting in shorter cycle times. The cooling and cooling mixing motors work in tandem to quickly and efficiently cool down the roasted coffee beans, typically taking only 1-2 minutes to complete the process. Rapid cooling helps to lock in the desired aroma and flavor within the beans, ensuring a consistently high-quality roast. Powerful Roasting Performance and Control The Bideli 2kg coffee roasting machine utilizes a double-walled drum that features special mixing blades to achieve optimal roasting and blending. It also comes equipped with a high-performance burner that is factory-made, along with precise thermocouples that work in tandem with FUJI temperature controllers. With manual fire flame adjustment and manual hot air adjustment, you can customize the roasting process to your liking. Additionally, a burner glass window and sample spoon provide easy monitoring and accessibility during the roast. Easy Maintenance Built-in maintenance access allows for easy cleaning after multiple roasting sessions. This access also enables quick and hassle-free replacement of parts in the event of any issues. With its low-maintenance design, this machine offers cost-effective and time-efficient operation, without the need for expensive repairs or causing headaches. Extra Tools For High Quality Roasting In coffee roasting, the airflow is a critical factor in achieving an efficient roast. To ensure optimal airflow, a precise manual damper is essential. The damper allows you to control the airflow inside the drum, which works in conjunction with a separated chaff collector to effectively remove chaff and smoke from the drum during the roasting process. With this precise control over the airflow, you can achieve a consistently high-quality roast.
