BI83 6mm Leopard Non-Slip Yoga Mat — Wild Style, Cushioned Grip, Easy-Care Build Make every flow feel fierce. The BI83 Yoga Mat pairs a bold leopard print with studio-ready performance: a textured, non-slip surface for confident traction, joint-friendly 6 mm (¼") cushioning, and an anti-tear, moisture-resistant, washable build sized to the classic 24" × 72" footprint. It’s made from PER (polymer environmental resin) that’s free of phthalates, latex, and heavy metals, and the artwork is digitally printed with UV-cured inks so your pattern stays crisp class after class. Listed at $65 on the product page. Yune Yoga Why you’ll love BI83 6 mm comfort—without the wobble Too thin and your joints complain; too plush and balance suffers. Around 6 mm is the versatile “sweet spot” many gear guides highlight for everyday practice—soft enough for kneeling and seated work yet steady for standing flows and single-leg poses. For a quick refresher on thickness trade-offs (cushion vs. stability) and when to layer a towel, see REI’s Expert Advice: How to Choose a Yoga Mat. REI Wild look, reliable grip From Down Dog to low lunges, the BI83’s textured top helps reduce sliding so your attention stays on breath and alignment—not on re-centering your stance. The surface is moisture-resistant to make post-class wipe-downs fast and effective. Yune Yoga Built to last (and easy to clean) Daily unrolls, commute dings, sweaty studio sessions—bring them on. BI83 combines anti-tear durability with straightforward care: wipe with mild soap and water, then air-dry completely before rolling. For periodic deep cleans, REI recommends a gentle soak → light scrub → thorough rinse → full air-dry routine. Yune YogaREI Thoughtful, safer materials BI83 is PER, not rubber—phthalate- & latex-free (and free of heavy metals)—and UV-cured digital printing keeps colors vibrant over time. Hygienic details include a washable, moisture-resistant finish that helps keep germs from absorbing. Harvard Health highlights yoga’s physical upsides—flexibility, strength, balance, and back-comfort gains, plus stress reduction—excellent reasons to stay consistent. Harvard Health Comfort note: If your joints are especially sensitive, many editors recommend 6 mm+ mats for added pressure relief—useful context as you evaluate thickness. SELF Care & cleaning (quick routine + deeper refresh) After class: Wipe your mat with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap; air-dry completely before rolling to avoid trapping moisture. BI83’s moisture-resistant, washable finish makes this quick and effective. Yune Yoga Occasional deep clean: Follow REI’s method—lukewarm soak + light scrub + thorough rinse, then full air-dry until totally moisture-free. REI DIY between-session spray: Mix vinegar or witch hazel with water at a 1:4 ratio (optional few drops of essential oil), mist lightly, wipe, and let dry. REI Hot-class tip: A towel on top not only improves grip when you sweat—it also reduces abrasion so your leopard print looks sharp longer.
