BH Stonefly Nymphs

BH Stonefly Nymphs Our BH Stonefly Nymph collection features some of the most productive stonefly patterns available for trout anglers targeting rivers, freestone streams, and tailwaters. These bead head stonefly nymphs are designed to imitate a wide range of naturally occurring stoneflies, including Golden Stones, Giant Stoneflies, and other large aquatic insects that trout actively feed on throughout the year. This collection includes proven fish-catching patterns such as the BH Golden Sparkle Stone, BH Giant Stonefly Nymphs (Black, Brown, and Golden), BH Halfback, and BH Rock Creek Stone. Each fly is tied with a weighted bead head to help reach the strike zone quickly while maintaining a realistic profile and natural movement underwater. Stonefly nymphs are among the most important food sources for trout, making these flies effective year-round. Whether fished deep under an indicator, tight-lined in a euro nymph setup, or as a dropper beneath large dry flies, these patterns consistently produce in riffles, runs, pocket water, and rocky river bottoms.
