BH Red Attacker

BH Red Attacker — Tiny but Loud Small fly, big attitude. The BH Red Attacker is that flashy little lure that turns otherwise polite trout into gossiping predators. Tied with bright red wire and capped with a silver bead head, it’s an attractor pattern that screams, “Try me,” without actually shouting. Who it’s for: anglers who like results, minimal fuss, and a touch of sass on the end of their tippet. Perfect for nymph rigs, emerger setups, and those days when subtlety just won’t cut it. AXG Life — Life, Adventure-Ready. Key Features & Design Construction: Tied with vivid red wire for a conspicuous thorax highlight. Bead: Silver bead head to add flash and help the fly sink to the feeding zone. Pattern: Attractor-style imitation that mimics a variety of insects — versatile and attention-grabbing. Available sizes: #12, #14, #16, #18. Performance & Benefits Why fish this one? Because it works. The red wire provides a visual trigger that entices strikes, while the silver bead gives a subtle flash and controlled sink rate — excellent for getting down to where trout actually eat. It’s an all-purpose attractor that helps when picky feeders need convincing or when you want a reliable go-to for unpredictable water. Use it on nymph droppers, as a point fly, or when you’re running a quick-change rig between pools. Built for early-morning rises, late-afternoon streaks of activity, and questionable decisions that lead to great stories. Turns stuck weekends into hero stories — or at least better excuses for staying out longer. Fishing Tips Pair with a light to medium nymph setup to let the bead help reach feeding lanes. Try it as a high-visibility attractor above a more natural dropper for double trouble. Works well in rivers, streams, and pocket water where flash and color win the day. Pack a handful in sizes #12–#18 and you’ll be ready for most freshwater scenarios. Toss a few into your fly box and see what happens — usually, fish happen. Add to cart and make your next cast the conversation starter it deserves to be.
