BH Lightning Bug - Silver

BH Lightning Bug — Silver Shiny, tiny, and impossible for trout to ignore — the BH Lightning Bug in Silver is the kind of fly that whispers “snack” in a fish’s ear. Perfect for anglers who prefer subtlety with a side of mischief. Who it’s for: Dry-shy trout, stealthy nymph anglers, and anyone who likes to fish smarter, not louder. Part of the AXG Life — Life, Adventure-Ready. Key Features & Design Attractor pattern: Designed to imitate and entice small Caddis and Mayfly nymphs, plus midges — looks like dinner, behaves like trouble. Color: Silver — flashes just enough to draw attention without screaming “fresh bait.” Available sizes: #12 and #20 — for when you need to match the hatch precisely or convince picky trout you’re on their wavelength. Style: B/W Lightning Bug profile — balanced visibility and realism for subtle presentations. Performance & Benefits This fly is built to solve the classic fishing problem: trout that pretend they’re not hungry. The Silver Lightning Bug’s attractor pattern works like a discreet neon sign — catches curious looks from fish that ignore everything else. Size #12 covers the slightly more confident hatch, while fragile #20 is for those finicky moments when trout are reading menus like sommeliers. Practical perks: Turns slow afternoons into believable bite stories. Great for nymph rigs, droppers, or as the star on a tiny dry-dropper combo. Reliable presentation for lakes, rivers, and those murky pools where trout are suspicious of enthusiasm. Built for midnight casts and questionable decisions: toss a few in your vest and you’ve got options for whatever the water decides to serve up. Ready to make small trout have big regrets? Add the BH Lightning Bug — Silver to your fly box and make your next cast tell a better story. Toss it in your gear and make that one fish regret its life choices.
