Automatic Espresso Machine Automatic espresso machines have revolutionized the way baristas operate in coffee shops, allowing them to focus on other tasks while still producing high-quality espressos. With programmable doses, baristas can set specific measurements for each shot of espresso, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the brewing process. This feature not only helps save time but also maintains the quality and flavor of the final product.  AISI 304 Stainless Steel Construction This Italian commercial espresso machine crafted from stainless steel is renowned for its impressive durability and resistance to rust, wear, and staining. This exceptional material is renowned for its outstanding durability and remarkable resistance to corrosion, wear, and stains, making it the perfect addition to any coffee shop. With its impressive strength and longevity, you can trust that this espresso machine is built to handle the rigors of daily use without compromising performance. Electrically Heated Bezzera Group Head The Bezzera OTTO’s 100W grouphead heater adds an extra layer of temperature stability, ensuring the grouphead stays at the optimal brewing temperature—even during slower periods or between shots. This dedicated heater minimizes heat loss and recovery time, helping maintain consistent espresso quality from the first cup to the last. It’s a smart feature that supports reliability and precision, especially in low- to medium-volume settings. Programmable Doses Set single, double, long and long double espresso doses to perfectly repeat your favorite recipes. At the touch of a button, you can extract your programmed shot. Let your baristas concentrate on other tasks while the espresso maker automatically pulls your shots. 8L Copper Boiler Copper boilers in espresso machines offer exceptional heat conductivity, ensuring rapid heating and faster recovery times for a quicker startup. Maintaining optimal brewing temperatures is essential for consistently good espresso, and copper's ability to uphold steady temperatures contributes to a consistent brew quality. Additionally, copper's natural antimicrobial properties make it a hygienic choice for espresso machines by inhibiting the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms. Heat Exchanger 8 Liter Boiler The 8-liter commercial espresso machine with a heat exchange boiler is a high-powered and efficient coffee-making tool specifically designed for professional use in cafes, restaurants, and other commercial environments. Here are the key features: Boiler Capacity: The 8-liter boiler offers plenty of space for making multiple espresso shots and steaming milk at the same time. Heat exchange machines utilize a single boiler to handle both brewing and steaming tasks. Heat Exchange: In contrast to dual boiler machines that have separate boilers for brewing and steaming, heat exchange machines employ a single boiler with a heat exchange tube. This tube allows hot water from the boiler to heat the brewing water as it flows through, ensuring consistent brewing temperature. Simultaneous Brewing and Steaming: Thanks to the heat exchange system, baristas can brew espresso shots while simultaneously frothing milk for lattes or cappuccinos. This simultaneous operation is essential during peak hours in a commercial setting. Temperature Control: Heat exchange machines maintain steady water temperature for brewing purposes. The boiler remains at steaming temperature, while the heat exchange tube ensures that the brewing water is heated as needed. Single Manometer (Dual Gauge Display) This commercial espresso machine is equipped with a single manometer featuring a dual gauge display, allowing you to monitor both brew and steam pressure in one convenient dial. The brew pressure gauge helps you fine-tune extraction by showing the resistance created by the coffee puck during brewing, while the steam pressure reading ensures the boiler maintains optimal steam levels for frothing. This all-in-one gauge offers essential insight into your machine’s performance without taking up extra space on the control panel. Volumetric Controls Volumetric espresso machines with automated features offer a great solution for coffee shops and home users alike. From easy-to-use programmable features, to increased consistency in every cup of espresso, these machines make brewing the perfect cup easier than ever before. When using espresso machines with volumetric pumps, you benefit from their precision. These pumps guarantee accurate water-to-coffee ratios, a key factor in making great espresso. Tall Cup Features With a 5.12 inch (13 cm) cup clearance, the Bezzera OTTO 2 Group Compact easily accommodates taller cups—making it perfect for cafés and restaurants serving lattes, cappuccinos, or drinks to-go. This added height gives baristas the flexibility to work efficiently without needing to tilt or swap out cups, streamlining service and presentation for every order. Low-Medium Volume Shops The Bezzera OTTO 2 Group Compact is an ideal solution for low-to-medium volume cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that want commercial-grade performance without the bulk of a full-sized machine. Its compact footprint makes it perfect for tight spaces, while the dual groupheads and reliable heat exchange system ensure consistent, quality espresso even during the busiest hours. It's a great fit for businesses that serve coffee regularly—but don't need a high-output workhorse. The Brand: Bezzera Bezzera is one of the most respected names in espresso, with a legacy that dates back to 1901 when Luigi Bezzera patented the first espresso machine. Still family-owned and proudly made in Italy, Bezzera combines traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. Their machines are known for reliability, attention to detail, and beautiful stainless steel construction—making them a favorite among home enthusiasts and professional baristas alike.
