Between Worlds

Between Worlds is a meditative ambient journey designed to support soft awakenings and quiet inner clarity. With slowly evolving tones and spacious textures, it invites you to enter the day with intention: grounded, calm, and open. Rather than jolting into motion, Between Worlds encourages a gentle shift from sleep into wakefulness. It’s a space to breathe, to center, and to connect with something deeper before stepping into the noise of the world. After attending Monroe Institute’s Exploring Consciousness program, an experience Spencer's fiancée Bailey invited him to, he felt inspired to blend his musical expression with MI's audio technology. This piece is the result of that creative meeting point, offering a space where stillness and transformation can quietly unfold. Between Worlds is enhanced with the latest generation of Monroe Sound Science®, featuring 3D Spatial Audio. Between Worlds is composed and produced by Spencer Bott.
