Better Ratings Magnet Trio

There are two types of Airbnb hosts in the world: The first group approach Airbnb as a hobby. They do it because they enjoy meeting new people and earning a few extra bucks from time to time. The second group approaches Airbnb as their business. They work hard day in and day out to build a "machine" that can make money for them while they sleep. They invest in their business because it's their ticket to unlock new levels of income for themselves and their families. And a business can't exist without customers. How you communicate with your customers--your guests--ultimately determines the level of success you do or don't achieve. These magnets are how you take your communication to that next level. It's taking responsibility for educating guests on the review system and what the star ratings actually mean. Not just crossing your fingers and hoping for the best. It's making sure that if your guests arrive and don't have cell service they can instantly connect to the WIFI and get ahold of you. Not having to dig through pages of your welcome book for the password. It's knowing that guests are busy and don't read every page of your welcome guide so they forget what do to when it's time to check out. Not assuming they'll know to turn the AC down or where to put the dirty towels for your cleaners. Our magnets are like "insurance" to help you avoid these (and thousands of other) all-too-common scenarios. So if you're serious about your Airbnb business, then these three magnets are a no brainer.
