Bethany's Protein Bake

Bethany's Protein Bake is a single-ingredient baking protein made from European golden peas. Each 30g serving delivers 25g of plant protein - nearly double what you'll find in typical protein baking powders. Replace 15-40% of the flour in any recipe you already love, and you control exactly how much protein goes in. No pre-mixed ratios. No guesswork. Just clean protein that works in cookies, brownies, muffins, banana bread, pancakes, cakes and smoothies. "I created Protein Bake because I couldn't find a baking protein that didn't make my stomach hurt. Everything on the market was either loaded with dairy, full of fillers, or made with pea protein that tasted like dirt. I worked for over a year to source a pea protein that's water-extracted, 98% digestible, and completely free of lectins - the compounds that cause bloating in most plant proteins. One ingredient. That's it. If your gut is as picky as mine, this was made for you."  - Founder Bethany Cameron @lilsipper (1.7m Followers, Host of "Digest This" podcast)
