Ossetra Caviar

Ossetra is one of, it not the most popular sturgeon caviar—and it is no wonder why. Ossetra caviar (also spelled, "Osetra") is known for its traditional nutty, buttery flavor and its firm yet juicy eggs (that are even more firm than Beluga caviar). Ossetra's medium-sized grain ranges from light to dark brown in color, often with lustrous golden highlights. Discover the firm texture by gently rolling the Ossetra caviar grains in your mouth before gently popping them by pressing your tongue to your palate—and take your time doing so. What does Osetra caviar taste like? Osetra caviar is known for its rich, nutty flavor with a creamy, buttery finish. It is less salty compared to other types, which makes it especially popular among caviar connoisseurs. How should Osetra caviar be served?
