Holiday SALE! Bertello SimulFIRE 16" Rotating Outdoor Pizza Oven - Essentials Bundle (Sale ends Dec. 28th) Includes: Bertello SimulFIRE 16" Rotating Outdoor Pizza Oven Pizza Stone Dual 'FlameThrower' Burner System Wood Tray Metal Pizza Peel Weatherproof Cover -Exclusive "FlameThrower" Dual (Over and Under) Burner System Other backyard pizza ovens have single burners that cook from either above or below. The problem with this is that pizza is a two-layer food. The crust on bottom, toppings (cheese, sauce, meat and veggies) on top. Heating from just above or below short changes one or the other and makes it more difficult to properly cook each. The result can be either burnt crust or undercooked toppings. Bertello solves this problem with the exclusive “FlameThrower” Dual Burner System, two separate burners that heat the stone from underneath and cook the toppings from above. The premium, full length “Under-The-Stone” burner extends fully from back to front to heat the stone evenly for consistent crust-cooking performance. The second burner, the “Over-The-Toppings” burner resides above the pizza in the back of the oven where it ensures the toppings get properly cooked. Only Bertello offers this FlameThrower Dual Burner System! Note: Cooking pizza is different from grilling a burger or steak on a grill where you can flip the food to cook both sides. You can’t flip a pizza. That’s why we created the FlameThrower Dual (Over-and-Under) Burner system! -SimulFIRE Gas and Wood Technology There are many gas-fire pizza ovens on the market. Gas is a worthy fuel choice because a gas-fire pizza oven is convenient to use. It fires up fast, burns hot, provides consistent temps over time and the fuel is widely available. That said, many prefer wood because of the mystique of cooking with wood-fire plus the flavor imparted by a wood-fire oven cannot be matched. So, how does one choose? With a Bertello, you don’t have to because a Bertello burns both gas AND wood and not just one or the other. It burns both at the same time! With Bertello’s patented SimulFIRE Technology you get the convenience of cooking with gas and the flavor from cooking with wood. -Bake Even Rotating Stone (Runs on Power Cable or AA Batteries) To make it even easier to consistently bake great pizzas, Bertello offers a rotating stone that ensures even cooking without the need to manually rotate the pizza. Simply plug the oven into an outlet, or use batteries, then flip a switch to engage the turntable. -Premium Carbon/Stainless Steel Construction The oven body on every Bertello is constructed from a stout carbon/stainless steel with a heat-resistant Bertello-black powder-coating for long-lasting durability. This, unlike some popular pizza ovens that have thinner “tinny” and uncoated walls that tend to discolor and easily dent. -Heats up to over 930°F (500°C) -Ultra-Stable "Wide Stance" Folding Legs
