Berry Essence

Berry Essence (an Herbal Loose Leaf) combines blueberry, raspberry and blackberry essences with a floral base of rosehips, chamomile, hibiscus and South African rooibos. This is an Herbal brew that is a fruity blend with sweet, earthy undertones and a floral finish. AND, no caffeine. Berry Essence [HERBAL - Caffeine FREE] is an herbal blend designed to help you have a happier body and mouth. Items in this formula has been traditionally used for centuries to help aid in detoxifying and digestive purposes.   Best Hot Brew: 1 teaspoon tea - 8oz water - 205 degrees - Steep for 5-7 minutes. If you only steep for 5 minutes each time, you should be able to get three steepings per teaspoon.   Cold Brewing: 1 teaspoon tea - 8oz water - cold water in a jar or pitcher [or French Press]. Refrigerate 6-12 hours. Strain and serve. Will not turn bitter when cold brewing.
