Bernheim Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey Batch #C925

Bernheim Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey Batch #C925: A Unique Cask-Strength Collectible   Experience the pinnacle of American Wheat Whiskey with Bernheim Barrel Proof Wheat Whiskey Batch #C925. Nestor Liquor, your preferred partner for premium and rare spirits, is excited to offer this powerful and full-flavored expression from Heaven Hill's Bernheim Distillery. This is the uncut, non-chill filtered version of America's original wheat whiskey, bottled straight from the barrel. This particular batch, C925, is a must-have for collectors. Due to a well-known labeling error, this second release of 2025 was marked "C" instead of "B," making it a unique and memorable release in the series. Like all Bernheim, this whiskey is crafted from a unique mashbill of 51% Winter Wheat, 37% Corn, and 12% Malted Barley. This wheat-forward recipe creates a smoother, softer, and subtly sweeter profile than its bourbon counterparts. This batch is a blend of barrels aged between 7 and 9 years, resulting in a deep, mature, and robust spirit bottled at a potent 118.4 proof (59.2% ABV). Tasting Notes: Nose: A delightful opening of sweet pears, raspberry jam, and tart orange citrus. As it breathes, deeper notes of light caramel and fresh cookie dough emerge. Palate: The high proof delivers a rich, oily texture. It mirrors the nose with initial notes of sweet dark berries and orange, which are quickly balanced by a growing wave of robust black pepper spice and mild, toasty tannins. Finish: An exceptionally long and warming finish. The black pepper spice and dry oak continue, with a pleasant, lingering sweetness of simple syrup and citrus. This is a dynamic whiskey that evolves in the glass, shifting from sweet fruit to satisfying spice. For those who love the 90-proof Bernheim Original, this barrel-proof version is a bolder, more complex, and more intense experience. As your trusted retailer, Nestor Liquor is proud to offer this unique and powerful Bernheim Barrel Proof release. Add a bottle of the famous "C925" batch to your collection.
