The raw terracotta develops additional character over time as it naturally absorbs moisture and minerals from the soil and water, giving each pot a unique appearance as it ages. Care & Maintenance: Placement: Use indoors on tables, shelves, windowsills, plant stands, and other stable surfaces, or outdoors on patios, terraces, balconies, and garden areas. Drainage: Use the drainage hole to allow excess water to escape and help prevent waterlogged soil. Watering: Raw terracotta is porous, allowing moisture to evaporate through the clay. Monitor soil moisture and water according to the plant’s needs. Saucer: Pair with a matching Hoff saucer to catch excess water and protect indoor surfaces. Cleaning: Gently brush away soil and debris or wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners that may damage the natural terracotta. Outdoor Placement: Elevate outdoor pots with pot feet when appropriate to improve drainage and airflow beneath the container.
