Bergeon 5235-DIG Digital Ring Stick

We made a special purchase of these hi-tech ring sticks from a European distributor. These ring sticks are perfect for quality control in a production shop or for the jeweler who won't accept anything but perfection in ring sizing. Measure Diameter, Circumference, USA Ring Size 1.5 to 16.5 & French Ring Size 1 to 38 This new digital ring stick from Bergeon will be greatly appreciated by the jewelry professional. The Bergeon Digital Ring Stick is accurate to 0.01mm, so you can be certain that the measurements recorded are true and precise. The Bergeon Digital Ring Stick measures the diameter of the ring from 13.00mm to 25.00mm, as well as ring circumference from 41.00mm to 78.00mm. The diameter and circumference measurements allow the jeweler to precisely reproduce a ring size without the problems associated with mismatched ring sticks and ring mandrels. You will also get, at the press of a button, ring sizes in USA sizes 1-1/2 (Display minimum 1.62) to 16-1/2 (Display maximum 16.6) with outstanding decimal precision. French sizes are also displayed from under French size 1 (display minimum 0.84) to French size 38-3/4 (display maximum 38.86). To use the Bergeon Digital Ring Stick you slide the measuring bar all the way out to the end of the stick and touch the set button to calibrated the digital readout to the minimum measurement, for example, the minimum USA size will read 1.62. Then to measure a ring in USA ring size, you slide your ring down the stick against the measuring bar as far as it will go. The digital read out will then tell you the exact USA ring size in decimal precision, for example, a size 9-1/2 ring size will read out 9.50. By pushing the mode button, you can toggle thru ring diameter, ring circumference and French ring sizes if you wish. Above the digital readout is a set screw that allows you to hold the bar in place for using the set button feature. The set button can help you see differences between two rings in any of the modes (diameter, circumference, French sizes and USA sizes) by allowing you to re-set the scale back to the minimum setting for that mode after you have taken a measurement. This can be very helpful if you are trying to figure the exact circumference to add or subtract to a ring. The Bergeon Digital Ring Stick comes in its own wood hinged storage box and is battery powered-batteries included.
