Bergamot BF

Description We may recognize Bergamot as the distinct note of citrus flavor to Earl Grey Tea but this amazing fruit has also become popular in aromatherapy. Bergamot Essential Oil is extracted from the peels of the fruit and has a sweet, fresh, and slightly zesty aroma that makes it truly unique among the other citrus oils. When inhaled, Bergamot is known to calm the mind and soothe feelings of anxiety, even working to help us sleep better. Applied topically, Bergamot Essential Oil can help relieve skin irritation and promote faster wound healing while soothing pain and swelling. Additionally, it boasts benefits for the face, helping to cleanse and tighten pores and balance oil production on the skin. To learn more about Bergamot Essential Oil CLICK HERE!
