Once you smell Bergamot, you’ll recognize the cause for its popularity — its gorgeous aroma paired with a wide variety of therapeutic uses. The distinct citrus top note is layered with floral, herbaceous, and slightly sweet lavender-like notes, creating an unmistakably calming and uplifting experience with each inhale. The scent shines through negative emotions, like irritation and grief, while providing an uplifting sense of well-being. It can help relax nervous tension and even help calm digestive upsets triggered by stress. Bergamot’s cooling and refreshing character also makes a lovely addition to your natural beauty routine. Add to skin toner DIYs to promote clear, healthy skin, or blend with your favorite carrier oils or body creams to brighten your day!
