Amoretti Item #343 Natural Flavors No high fructose corn syrup Shelf stable, even after opening More concentrated than competitive brands Certified Kosher TTB Approved Amoretti Bergamot Compound is created from the peel of Italian Bergamot oranges. It is a great way to add an enjoyably bitter, citrus flavor note to any recipe. Amoretti Bergamot Compound has a well-rounded flavor, an orange color, and filaments of real fruit peel. It contains no artificial flavors or colors, no artificial sweeteners, and no high fructose corn syrup. Amoretti Bergamot Compound is richer and more concentrated than any competitive brand, while not being obsessively sweet. That is why Amoretti Bergamot Compound is the overwhelming choice of professionals and home cooks and bakers alike. Bergamot is the flavor used in Earl Grey tea, so it would be the perfect flavor addition to tea accompaniments, such as scones, madeleines, biscuits and tea cakes to add a remarkable finish to high tea. Homemade mousse, cheesecake, and cream fillings can also benefit from that irresistible bitter orange flavor. So add Amoretti Bergamot Oil Compound to any recipe that you feel would benefit from its uniquely fragrant, musky flavor. However you decide to use it, Amoretti is sure you will love the results.
