Bentonville - House Plan

This unique farmhouse plan is perfect in any setting. With an inviting wrap-around front porch and flexible living arrangements it's the perfect house plan for your dream home.  Stepping off the front porch, you are greeted by the luxurious kitchen with it's attached dining space with built-in seating and large pantry space.  The kitchen offers access in either direction to the two wings of the house.  To the left is the mud room which offers access directly to the garage, laundry room and primary bed suite. This bedroom faces the rear of the property and features a large walk-in closet and luxurious en-suite bathroom. To the right of the kitchen is the living room and spacious office/flex room each with 10ft ceilings. This side of the house is wrapped with a wrap-around porch on two sides. The living room and porch feature back-to-back fireplaces to enjoy entertaining on cool summer nights. Stepping upstairs, a large flex bunk room greets you. This room is the perfect place to enjoy relaxing in the evenings and entertaining overnight guests. If a bunk room is not for you, it could be configured into a traditional bedroom and bathroom (contact us for details.) Adjacent, two additional dormered bedrooms share a luxurious Jack & Jill bathroom.
