My First Brick + 1 On A 1 + 17 Bullets (3 CD Bundle)

Three Benny the Butcher classics on CD! includes: My First Brick + 17 Bullets + 1 On A 1 Save $10    GET ON DOWN EXCLUSIVE! 1 ON A 1 Benny The Butcher has made a name for himself along with the rest of his acclaimed Griselda crew for bringing a sense of danger back to underground hip-hop. Alongside classic boom-bap production, Benny is a consummate practitioner of truly gritty and grimey street rap, coming from places of drug wars, shoot-em-ups, and urban hell. Though Benny The Butcher and the rest of Griselda are boom-bap practitioners first, this is not to suggest that was always the case, or even that he would not be open to sound experimentation. Take Benny's 2016's 1 On A 1, which recasts his usual threads of city bleakness against comparatively contemporary trap beats. It's a well that Benny wouldn't return to, and stands out as a remarkably solid oddity in the Butcher's catalogue, featuring guest appearances from Rick Hyde, Klass Murda, and G Herbo among others, and of course; top-tier rhymes from the Butcher himself. Around that time Benny The Butcher dropped a couple legendary bodies of work and "17 Bullets" is definitely one of them. These recordings easily captures the purest essence of Benny's music and features legendary tracks such as "Cold November", "The Hunter" featuring Skyzoo as well as bonus track "Dirty Needles" featuring Conway The Machine. This is a certified street classic. TRACKLIST: 17 Bullets Cold November Pow Pow 1996 The Hunter (feat. Skyzoo) Murder For Glory
