Benji Teak Stool

A three-legged teak stool with the plain good sense of a workshop seat: a round top, splayed legs and a triangular joint at the center that keeps it steady on any floor. It is light enough to carry from the entry to the kitchen to the bedside, and at 13.8" across and 17.7" high it stands in as a side table whenever you need one. Choose the natural teak or the black stain. Muubs, from Denmark, builds furniture around the idea that natural materials should show their character — the grain, the knots, the small variations — so no two pieces are quite alike.
