Eight solid beech rungs are hand-oiled with food-grade organic linseed oil, and the pull-up bar rests on any rung pair for tool-free height adjustment, sliding off in seconds with no pins or hardware required. It supports pull-ups, core and back conditioning, spine stretches, mobility work, and resistance training when paired with straps or bands. Optional pairing with a BenchK benchtop (sold separately) transforms it into a compact sitting or standing work desk.  | Affordability Dansons Medical believes that everyone, especially those struggling with illness, injury, or aging, deserves affordability.
