BenchK 111+A204 Series 1

Description: BenchK solid beech wooden wall bars with an adjustable pull-up bar and gymnastic accessories. BenchK wall bars never go unnoticed. When placed next to the bed, they remind you of your morning rituals; near the work area - to take active breaks, by the coffee machine - to mix work and pleasure, in public facilities - to make the most of idle time. With BenchK wall bars there is time for everything - to work on your dreams and to live your dreams, ‘me time’ and family time. BenchK wall bars are designed to be your lifetime companion. This versatile exercise tool provides a full bodyweight workout opportunity with a wide range of exercise options - spine flexion and extension, joint mobility, strength training, core conditioning, stretching, handstands, cardio, TRX training and many more. For those who really think exercising shouldn’t be occasional, but rather an everyday experience. Add-ons:  Adjustable wooden pull-up bar, gymnastic rings, and a climbing rope with a swing. Thanks to the pull up bar's removable construction, it can be positioned at different rungs and adjusted to the user height.  With the pull-up bar you can perform a wide range of core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises.  To make the most of it, pair it with a BenchK benchtop (not included), to create either a sitting or standing work desk and save even more space in your living area. The rings are made of beech plywood and are hung on black straps. Polished to perfection, the rings are smooth and safe for the hands. The straps are equipped with buckles that allow for quick length adjustment as well as easy removal. As the child grows, the rings can be used as TRX straps. The rope is manually tangled in the upper section into a loop form and secured at the very bottom, eliminating the need for metal and plastic elements. It can be used for climbing, or as a swing.
