Shoham pays tribute to the onyx stone, which symbolizes the Tribe of Joseph on the breastplate of the Kohen Gadol (high Priest). Shoham Red is a blend of 50% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Franc and 25% Merlot, aged with French oak. Ben Porat is an estate winery located in the heights of the Samarian Hills, nestled in the ancient land of the Tribe of Joseph.
