Beluga Lentils - 25 lb Bag

Clear Creek Beluga Lentils in our bulk 25 pound bags has a great value per ounce and gives our customers a shelf stable product. These lentils are sourced from a Montana farm in order to provide products with rich nutrients from the Pacific Northwest.  Dried Beluga Black Lentils can cook within twenty-five minutes without pre-soaking, they have a bold, nutty flavor and do really well at holding their shape. Also known as caviar lentils these are incredibly versatile and can be used in a wide range of recipes. We love the beautiful dark black color of these lentils.
