Belly

Belly is for anyone dealing with digestive discomfort — bloating, indigestion, that heavy feeling after eating, loose stools, constipation, or abdominal pain that comes and goes. The herbs work to regulate and harmonize stomach qi: helping the digestive process do what it's supposed to do, more efficiently and with less friction. Rooted in classic TCM digestive formulas that have been in clinical use for centuries. The formula includes bitters — and bitters have a specific job. When you take them before a meal, they signal the body to start producing stomach acid, so digestion is already primed when food arrives. I'd rather work preventatively than chase the symptom. That said, Belly works after meals too — especially after overeating, traveling, or those heavy holiday dinners when you need help breaking things down and absorbing nutrients. Use it daily for chronic patterns, or situationally when you know the day is going to be heavier than usual. Best taken before meals, but fine after. Take straight or mixed into a drink.
