The Earl Grey

An ever-familiar gentleman of the tea world, comfortable in both well-cut and worn threads, the Earl Grey is a welcome sight in any tea collection. This hand-crafted version of this classic blend includes the finest quality organic full-leaf Ceylon black tea scented with natural Sicilian bergamot. Blue cornflowers accent the rich black leaves like a flower lightly worn in the lapel. The rich amber-hued brew produces a long, fragrant finish.  Ingredients: 100% organic Ceylon tea, organic blue cornflowers, and natural Sicilian bergamot essence. Brewing Instructions:   1 tsp per 8oz/250ml of water   195F/90ºC  (Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil. Remove from heat, set aside 1 minute, and proceed.)   Brew 4-6 minutes   Good for 2 infusions
