About Our Instructor: We're excited to add multi talented guest instructor Brigitta Dau to our lineup of instructors. In Brigitta's words: " How can I talk about myself and not mention creative expression aka crafting? I am a lover of crafting and have crafted since childhood. I teach various “intentional crafting” classes where the focus includes personal growth but has a bigger emphasis on the Energy of Play. We grown-ups don’t play enough and when we get our hands dirty with crafting, time stops and we are once again in connection to our creative souls." Brigitta is also a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master, Author, and Pilates Instructor. She offers virtual one-on-one sessions and online workshops on a number of topics, including self-sabotage, breaking bad habits, body image, and meditation.
