Beginner Free Motion Fillers Workshop

Jump into free motion quilting with thirty easy, beginner level designs! In this video workshop with Leah Day you will learn how to quilt 30 beautiful free motion filler designs and how to connect them together to create a fun sampler quilt. Quilting each square separately makes this a very easy Quilt-As-You-Go project because the small blocks will easily fit on your home sewing machine. By quilting a small square you can focus more closely on learning how to quilt each design without a big quilt getting in your way. Leah quilted each design into a black square with white thread so you could clearly see how to quilt each design. But the included pattern could easily fit into 10-inch precut squares so don't hesitate to pick your favorite colors and make a beautiful, bright version for yourself! Have you never free motion quilted before? Getting started with this style of quilting can be very challenging because there's so many things to think about at once.
