Each component is guaranteed to pair brilliantly with a brew or two.  Willoughby - A small, creamy wheel with nutty flavor and mildly pungent notes, due to its being washed in saltwater brine. Willoughby pairs best with a lager or saison.  Shelburne 2 Year Cheddar - Brown Swiss cows provide the raw milk for this savory golden cheddar with a long finish that stays with you for a few perfect moments. Shelburne’s 2 Year Cheddar is best complimented by a pilsner or IPA.  Dunbarton Blue - Dense and nutty, with the flavor of a rich aged cheddar and freshly ground peanut butter, this cheese was made to pair with an imperial stout.  Effie’s Rye Biscuits - A dense and delicious biscuit, featuring stone-ground rye, toasted walnuts and a hint of caraway. It’ll be hard not to finish the box before you open the cheese! Raye's Old World Gourmet Mustard - Classic and robust Dijon, made on the Raye's 100+ year old grindstone machine.  Contains about 1.5 lbs of cheese, a 1.5 oz jar of mustard, and a box of crackers.  Please note that if any product(s) are out of stock we will substitute with something similar and equally delicious!
