This demon of a cocktail definitely has the heat with the rehydrated chile de Arbol but Prickly Pear Sour cools it all down. This balanced cocktail is sweet from strawberry-like cactus fruit, hot from the chili, and spicy from the ginger. All mixed together with tequila, this cocktail drinks like a Spicy Margarita. Beelzebub 1.5oz Tequila or Mezcal 1oz Prickly Pear Sour 1⁄2oz Ginga Syrup .5oz lime juice 1-2 chile de Arbol 3oz sparkling water -Combine all ingredients but sparkling water in a glass and dry shake (until the chilies rehydrate) -Strain into a short glass with ice and sparkling water -garnish with a lime wheel
