Beef Suet

Beef suet is the hard fat surrounding the kidneys. Perfect for rendering down into tallow to use for cooking. It is one of our favorite healthy fats to cook with because of its high smoking point. It is also great for making all natural creams for dry skin. We love our homemade tallow moisturizer as it's soothing and easily absorbed. Comes in 2-3lbs of coarsely chopped suet per package.
