The Beef Share A curated monthly box of Shepherds Brook Farms beef.  Approximately 18 pounds per month, packed with a range of cuts from across the carcass. What’s inside: The Beef Share is the simplest way to put Shepherds Brook Farms beef on your table every month. Each Beef Share includes approximately 5 lbs of ground beef, 4 lbs of value steaks, 2 lbs of premium steaks, and 6–8 lbs of roasts, ribs, and braising cuts. The cuts included in your box rotate each month, which means you'll discover new favorites alongside the staples.   As with all beef we sell, everything included in your box meets The Shepherds Brook Standard.
