Beef Picanha

With a robust, beefy flavor, this cut comes from the flavorful top sirloin of the cow. And it's natural marbling makes it explode with juicy tenderness when cooked to perfection. With this grass-fed and grass-finished cut of beef, you'll also experience a distinct depth of flavor that only comes from animals raised stress-free on open pastures. Our cattle spend their lives outdoors on the pastures of our farm soaking up the nutrients and goodness that only nature offers. Extremely popular in Brazil, picanha steak is traditionally skewered into a horseshoe shape and cooked over an open fire. Give it a try for a true Brazilian steakhouse experience. You can also cook it on a traditional grill. Or roast it too. Picanha work best with simple seasoning such as coarse salt and some freshly ground pepper. Best cooked to medium rare (and not past medium). Pair with chimichurri sauce, you'll be ready to enjoy some of the best 100% grass-fed steak ever! Order a roast for home delivery today.
