Classic Beef Broth

The Classic Beef Broth is the highest quality authentic bone broth on the market. It is handmade in small batches every day by our restaurant's chefs. We use the best 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef bones, resulting in a broth that is high in collagen and essential amino acids.  How it's made: We make our bone broth the same way it's been made for thousands of years: by hand, in a big pot, over a low flame for 18+ hours. The result is rich, gelatinous, and full of essential nutrients.    All of our broths are made in our restaurants in New York City. No third parties, co-packers, factories, or fancy processing involved. We simmer the broth overnight, freeze it, and deliver it straight to your door. Ingredients: Filtered water, grass-fed beef bones, onion, carrot, tomato, garlic, sea salt, spices. It is paleo, keto, and gluten-free. How to use it: The Classic Beef Broth is the most rich, savory, and nutrient dense of our bone broth lineup. Personally its our favorite to cook with it for the silky, decadent, and gelatinous flavor and texture that it brings to any dish. Paella, pho, braised short ribs, Thai curries, and so many dishes will taste better than any version you've previously experienced when made with our Classic Beef Broth. As a sipping broth it is a decadent treat on its own, or even better when paired with some kimchi, hot sauce, ginger, or lemon juice. To serve, we recommend heating the refrigerated or frozen broth in a small pot or saucepan on your stove. Enjoy within six months in the freezer and six days in the refrigerator.
