Bee Smart Super Grip Beehive Handle

Bee Smart Super Grip Beehive Handle Description: One of the issue beekeepers have when moving hives it the weight of the hive and the difficulty lifting a beehive that is full of honey. A honey super that is full of honey weights about 45 pounds. Standard Langstroth beehives typically have "cut out" handle in the wood that are about a 1/2 in inch deep. This gives you just enough of a handle to lift with your finger tips. This is really rough on the hands especially as you get older and hive issues gripping the weight of these boxes.  Bee Smart Designs has created a product that will truly help beekeepers. The new "Super Grip" is ergonomically designed to assist the beekeeper in lifting the honey super properly using the entire grip of the hand. No more sore finger tips or injury to the finders caused by the strain of 45 pounds at the tip of the fingers. Features: Large EZ-Grip ergonomic handle for comfort and secure grip.
