Bella B's collars are machine washable on the gentle cycle, in Cold water and lay flat to dry. For Collars with metal hardware I recommend hand washing so that you can dry the metal as soon as you are done.  Metal hardware is not meant for prolonged water use.  Due to the nature of fabric and placement there may be differences of pattern placement on my collars with each individual one. Each collar is custom made and pattern placement may be different from each cut of fabric.  Since each collar is made to order, I do not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me directly so I can help you.  Please know, although sturdy, I do not recommend wearing during excessive play with other dogs or dogs who pull a lot while walking with a leash.    Get Matching "Cute as Can Be" Dog Bandana Here Get Matching "Bee Kind" Dog Bandana Here Get Matching Bee Scrunchie Here Get Matching Bee Poop Bag Holder Here Get Matching Bee Sailor Bow Here Get Matching Bee Collar Here
