Bee Bread

Primal Eats Bee Bread, also known as Perga, is a nutrient-rich superfood packed with antioxidants, enzymes, and all essential amino acids—the building blocks for cellular repair and healing. Made from raw, pure honey and pollen harvested during Wisconsin's growing season (May to September), this powerhouse blend is fermented for optimal digestibility, making 80-90% of its nutrients easily absorbed by the body.   We call it "bee bread" because it mimics the nutrient-dense first food bees feed their young in the hive. Many of our team members have experienced incredible benefits, including relief from dry eyes, healed acne, reduced seasonal allergies, and improved dry skin. Regular consumption of raw honey, like our bee bread, is also linked to stronger immunity and fewer illnesses.
