Bed Throw Yūgen

Experience the mystery, elegance, and subtle timelessness of Japan‘s indigo dyeing tradition, hand-dyed by Cozo Cazama, one of the few remaining aizome dye masters in Japan. Each thread dyed and woven into the fabric of this blanket is infused with potentiality, a promise of health for our own bodies and the planet we share. Each masterpiece lives as a vivified, sensorial experience of Yūgen (幽玄) – the sense of profound grace associated with the natural world and with the mysterious exchange of energy that manifests beauty from the dust of the universe. This limited supply of one-of-a-kind, hand-dyed bed throws results from a cultivation process that takes nearly a year, and the many decades of Master Cazama's devotion to the art. This piece one to be treasured for years and decades to come.
